At Libby Hair Care, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may seek a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

  1. Refunds Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, you may do so at any time before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund.

  2. Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will review each case on an individual basis, and refunds for damaged products will be issued at our discretion. Please note that you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage.

  3. Melting of Hair Butter: Our hair butters are made from natural ingredients that may melt under extreme heat, especially during summer. As stated in our product descriptions, if the hair butter arrives melted, it can be easily restored by refrigerating it. Therefore, we will not issue refunds for hair butter that arrive melted.

  4. Opened or Used Products: We cannot issue refunds for any products that have been opened or used. This is to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards for all our customers.

  5. Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly to file a claim or report the issue. Libby Hair Care is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier and will not issue refunds for lost packages.
